The objective was to implement the control winder by means controller SU 1.2.
To do this:
- modify hardware controller SU 1.2, for function correct together with controllers stepper motors Wobit company;
- software implementation algorithm to control the winder.
The program enables winder controller SU 1.2, amond other things, work according to the following parameters:
- number of rotations;
- speed wrapping.
Software of controller SU 1.2 enables among other things:
- change parameters of winder working;
- manual and automatic winder operating;
- select the work program of winder;
- access to changes in operating program of winder was divided into administrator level and user level, access by means login and passwords.
Controllers stepper motor (including stepper motors) and winder controller have the same DC power supply. Sensors installed in winder (spindle rotation sensor, feed and position slide sensors) have power supply from +24VDC, which provides controller SU 1.2.
